What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per style?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color for custom streetwear such as hooded puffer jackets, hoodies, and windbreakers. For technical outerwear with taped seams or certified finishes, the MOQ is usually 200 pieces per style per color. Smaller pilot runs of 50 to 80 pieces can be negotiated for established partners or sampling-to-production programs.
How does your sampling process work, and are samples charged?
Sampling follows three simple steps: (1) share your design, tech pack, or reference garment; (2) we develop a proto sample using your specified fabric and trims within 7 to 10 days; (3) you review and request revisions. The first proto sample carries a nominal fee that is deductible from your bulk deposit. Bulk production starts only after you approve the final sample.
Can you add our logo by embroidery or printing (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM branding: embroidery (flat or 3D puff), screen printing, DTG, heat transfer, and woven labels. Share your logo file (AI, PDF, or PNG) and preferred placement. A pre-production branding sample is included in the sampling stage so you can verify stitch density, color accuracy, and placement before the bulk run.
What quality control and AQL standard do you follow?
Every order passes a four-stage QC process: incoming fabric inspection, in-line checking during production, final random inspection, and packing audit. We inspect to AQL 2.5 (major) and 4.0 (minor) by default, aligned with international retail standards. A full inspection report with photos is shared before shipment, and stricter AQL levels can be arranged on request.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Standard terms are 50% deposit with the balance before shipment, by T/T or L/C. Orders ship FOB Shenzhen with full export documentation, and bulk lead time runs 25 to 35 days after deposit and final sample approval.
