What fill options do you offer for puffer jackets?
GRS recycled down, 90/10 duck down and recycled poly fill. Fill power, chamber layout and baffle shape are built to your spec and confirmed on a counter-sample before bulk.
Can your factory build custom baffle and quilting patterns?
Yes. Diamond, channel and shaped baffles are developed from your tech pack or reference piece, with the quilting layout approved on a sample before production starts.
What is your MOQ for custom puffer jackets?
100 pcs/style/color as standard, moving to 200 pcs for builds with lining, fill or seam taping. As a Dongguan puffer manufacturer since 2014, we support small-batch OEM/ODM with mixed sizes and colors.
How do you test waterproofing and fill quality?
AQL 1.5 with an 8-step documented process, plus hydrostatic and spray testing on coated shells and fill power verification. A pre-shipment photo report is shared before balance payment.
