100 pcs/style/color for knit items, 200 pcs for technical outerwear with lining. As a Dongguan hoodie manufacturer since 2014, we support small-batch OEM/ODM with mixed sizes and colors.
How fast can your fleece manufacturer deliver samples and bulk?
Counter-samples in 7-10 days, lab dips 3-5 days. Bulk lead time is 25-35 days for sweatshirts and 35-45 days for puffer and bomber styles, FOB Shenzhen.
Can your hoodie factory match a reference fabric?
Yes. We keep 200+ fabrics and develop custom blends to your hand-feel and cost target, with free swatches for qualified bulk inquiries.
Will heavyweight fleece shrink or pill after washing?
We pre-shrink and run anti-pilling and wash tests on the bulk fabric before cutting, and confirm shrinkage within your tolerance on the counter-sample.
