What fabric weights can I choose for a custom hoodie?
We run 320, 380, 450 or 500 GSM French terry and brushed fleece. 380 GSM is the default for the oversized drop-shoulder block; choose 450 GSM or above when you want a premium heavyweight hand-feel.
How do you keep the hoodie from shrinking or losing shape?
The body is mill-stage pre-shrunk and loop-back knitted, with coverstitched hems and a double-ply hood. The oversized proportion holds through 20+ commercial washes instead of pulling length.
Can I get a double-layer hood and custom drawcords?
Yes. The hood is double-ply self-fabric with a coverstitched edge, and drawcords can be flat, round, tonal or contrast with metal or aglet tips — your logo can sit on the tip.
