Will sherpa fleece shed or mat after washing?
We set pile height and bonding strength on the bulk fabric and run wash and rub tests before cutting, so shedding and matting stay within your tolerance on the counter-sample.
Can you match a specific pile height and hand-feel?
Yes. Pile height, density and backing are developed to your reference swatch, with lab dips and a pile sample approved before bulk.
What is your MOQ for custom sherpa and fleece styles?
100 pcs/style/color as standard, moving to 200 pcs for builds with lining, fill or seam taping. As a Dongguan fleece manufacturer since 2014, we support small-batch OEM/ODM with mixed sizes.
Do you offer recycled fleece options?
Yes. GRS-certified recycled poly pile and bonded fleece are available, with transaction certificates provided for qualified orders.
