What fill power and down ratio do you use?
Standard is 90/10 goose down at 650–750 fill power, or recycled polyester fill for GRS programs. Fill weight per size is confirmed on the PP sample so the loft matches your spec.
How do you stop down from leaking?
We use a down-proof woven shell with baffle-box or stitch-through construction, and tape or overlock the seams at stress points so feathers stay inside the chamber.
Can the puffer carry a GRS certificate?
