Question 1

We offer flexible international shipping solutions, including standard FOB terms if you have a forwarder, or full hassle-free DDP options where we handle customs clearance and duties directly to your door.

Accepted Answer

We handle international shipping flexibly — standard FOB Shenzhen if you use your own forwarder, or full DDP where we manage freight, customs clearance, and duties straight to your door. Either way you get the export documents your broker or marketplace needs.FOB Shenzhen (Standard)Under FOB Shenzhen, we deliver packed goods to the Shenzhen port and handle export clearance from China; your nominated forwarder takes over ocean or air freight and destination customs. Terms are T/T with 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. This is the most common route for experienced importers who already have logistics in place.DDP & Door-to-DoorIf you prefer a single point of accountability, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we book freight, clear customs in your country, and pay the duties, so the cartons arrive at your warehouse with no extra steps. This is popular with younger brands and online sellers who want predictable landed cost without a freight team.Documents We ProvideEvery shipment ships with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (or air waybill), and certificate of origin; additional certificates (e.g., GRS, OEKO-TEX) are supplied on request. With 1,200+ brand clients across 30+ countries, our shipping desk knows the documentation patterns for major destinations and flags any special requirement at quotation.Not sure which terms fit you? Tell us your country and whether you have a forwarder; we recommend FOB or DDP and quote landed cost accordingly. .faq-detail-fta05 .faq-callout{background:#f5f5f5;border-left:4px solid #000;padding:16px 18px;margin:18px 0;border-radius:6px;transition:transform .25s ease, box-shadow .25s ease;} .faq-detail-fta05 .faq-callout:hover{transform:translateY(-3px);box-shadow:0 6px 18px rgba(0,0,0,.12);} .faq-detail-fta05 h2 i{color:#000;margin-right:8px;transition:color .3s ease;} .faq-detail-fta05 h2:hover i{color:#555;} .faq-detail-fta05 .faq-callout strong{color:#000;} .faq-detail-fta05 .faq-gallery{display:grid;grid-template-columns:repeat(2,1fr);gap:14px;margin:22px 0;}.faq-detail-fta05 .faq-gallery.single{grid-template-columns:1fr;max-width:540px;}.faq-detail-fta05 .faq-gallery img{width:100%;height:auto;border-radius:8px;display:block;transition:transform .3s ease,box-shadow .3s ease;}.faq-detail-fta05 .faq-gallery img:hover{transform:scale(1.03);box-shadow:0 8px 22px rgba(0,0,0,.16);}

Question 2

Yes, our primary apparel manufacturing facility holds a verified BSCI B-Grade rating, ensuring fully compliant, safe, and ethical production for international retail markets.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our primary apparel manufacturing operation is independently audited and certified, so production is compliant, safe, and ethical for international retail markets — not just claimed, but verified by third parties.Certifications We HoldWe are certified to BSCI (Grade B), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), ISO 9001 (quality management), and OEKO-TEX 100 (textile safety). BSCI Grade B confirms a verified social-audit rating covering labor, health, safety, and environmental management; GRS governs our recycled-fiber supply chain; ISO 9001 backs the quality system; OEKO-TEX 100 confirms tested absence of harmful substances in the finished textile.Two Factories, 1,000+ WorkersWe operate two integrated facilities totaling 20,000 m² with more than 1,000 employees and a combined monthly capacity of 500,000 pieces. The scale supports audited, documented processes rather than informal workshop production, and our operations have been featured in national business media (CCTV-2) for manufacturing capability. Audits and certificates are available for your compliance file on request.Ethical Sourcing in PracticeCompliance is operational, not paperwork: documented working hours, fair wage structures, and environmental controls are part of daily management under ISO 9001 and BSCI. We serve 1,200+ brand clients across 30+ countries, many of them retailers with their own supplier-audit programs, which is why our systems are built to withstand external verification.Onboarding a new retailer? We supply current certificate copies and audit summaries so your compliance team can clear us fast. .faq-detail-fta04 .faq-callout{background:#f5f5f5;border-left:4px solid #000;padding:16px 18px;margin:18px 0;border-radius:6px;transition:transform .25s ease, box-shadow .25s ease;} .faq-detail-fta04 .faq-callout:hover{transform:translateY(-3px);box-shadow:0 6px 18px rgba(0,0,0,.12);} .faq-detail-fta04 h2 i{color:#000;margin-right:8px;transition:color .3s ease;} .faq-detail-fta04 h2:hover i{color:#555;} .faq-detail-fta04 .faq-callout strong{color:#000;} .faq-detail-fta04 .faq-gallery{display:grid;grid-template-columns:repeat(2,1fr);gap:14px;margin:22px 0;}.faq-detail-fta04 .faq-gallery.single{grid-template-columns:1fr;max-width:540px;}.faq-detail-fta04 .faq-gallery img{width:100%;height:auto;border-radius:8px;display:block;transition:transform .3s ease,box-shadow .3s ease;}.faq-detail-fta04 .faq-gallery img:hover{transform:scale(1.03);box-shadow:0 8px 22px rgba(0,0,0,.16);}

Question 3

Yes, we provide precise custom dyeing using Pantone color numbers (TCX/TPX). We deliver physical Lab Dips for your formal approval within 3 to 5 days before bulk production begins.

Accepted Answer

Yes. We match your brand's exact colors using Pantone TCX/TPX numbers and a controlled lab-dip process, with physical Lab Dips delivered for your formal approval in 3 to 5 days before bulk dyeing begins. Color is one of the strongest signals of brand quality, so we treat it as a spec, not a guess.Pantone Matching & Lab DipsYou send the Pantone reference (or a physical swatch) and we develop a lab dip on the actual fabric base — cotton, cotton-poly, or GRS recycled — because the same color reads differently on different fibers. We tune the recipe until the dip passes your visual and spectro check, then lock it as the bulk standard. No bulk dyeing starts until you sign off the dip.Batch-to-Batch ConsistencyConsistency across a whole production run and across reorders is where most suppliers fail. We control it with bulk dye-lot management and spectrophotometer verification at incoming fabric, so every roll stays within the approved tolerance. For multi-color assortments we dye to the same locked standard so a reorder six months later still matches the first run.200+ Fabric Library SupportWith 200+ fabrics on file we can also reverse-engineer a closest-match base if you only have a target look, then fine-tune the dye. All dyes and finishes are OEKO-TEX 100 compliant, and recycled GRS options carry the same color discipline. Custom dyeing is available for both small and large runs within our standard MOQ.For tight brand colors: request a sealed reference chip with your approved dip so future reorders are matched to the physical standard, not memory. .faq-detail-fta03 .faq-callout{background:#f5f5f5;border-left:4px solid #000;padding:16px 18px;margin:18px 0;border-radius:6px;transition:transform .25s ease, box-shadow .25s ease;} .faq-detail-fta03 .faq-callout:hover{transform:translateY(-3px);box-shadow:0 6px 18px rgba(0,0,0,.12);} .faq-detail-fta03 h2 i{color:#000;margin-right:8px;transition:color .3s ease;} .faq-detail-fta03 h2:hover i{color:#555;} .faq-detail-fta03 .faq-callout strong{color:#000;} .faq-detail-fta03 .faq-gallery{display:grid;grid-template-columns:repeat(2,1fr);gap:14px;margin:22px 0;}.faq-detail-fta03 .faq-gallery.single{grid-template-columns:1fr;max-width:540px;}.faq-detail-fta03 .faq-gallery img{width:100%;height:auto;border-radius:8px;display:block;transition:transform .3s ease,box-shadow .3s ease;}.faq-detail-fta03 .faq-gallery img:hover{transform:scale(1.03);box-shadow:0 8px 22px rgba(0,0,0,.16);}

Question 4

We eliminate deformation by applying a professional pre-shrinking process to all 300GSM-550GSM French Terry and fleece fabrics at the mill stage, keeping washing shrinkage within strict international standards.

Accepted Answer

We eliminate wash deformation through mill-stage pre-shrinking and compacting on every 300–550 GSM French Terry and brushed fleece we run, then verify the result against strict international wash standards before bulk cutting. The goal is simple: a hoodie that leaves our factory fitting true should still fit true after dozens of home wash cycles at your customer's home.Pre-Shrinking at the MillBefore cutting, all greige and dyed knits pass through a compacting and relaxing process that stabilizes the loop structure and removes latent shrinkage. This is done at the fabric mill, not as an afterthought, so the dimensional stability is built into the cloth. We control relaxation, over-feed, and finishing tension per fabric family to hold width and length within tolerance.Wash Shrinkage Within StandardFinished garments are tested for wash shrinkage and kept within strict limits (typically well under 3–5% length/width after five industrial wash cycles, depending on the standard your market requires). We also control pilling and colorfastness to wash, so the surface stays clean and the color stays true. Every relevant batch can be supplied with its test result on request.Consistency Across the RunBecause we maintain a library of 200+ fabrics and standardize finishing per family, the hand-feel and stability are repeatable order to order. OEKO-TEX 100 compliant dyes and finishes protect skin safety, and GRS-certified recycled options are available for the same stability. The 8-step QC includes an in-line check on panel dimensions so drift is caught before it becomes a finished-garment problem.Worried about a specific market's wash test? Tell us the standard (AATCC, ISO, or your retailer's spec) and we validate shrinkage and pilling to it before bulk. .faq-detail-fta02 .faq-callout{background:#f5f5f5;border-left:4px solid #000;padding:16px 18px;margin:18px 0;border-radius:6px;transition:transform .25s ease, box-shadow .25s ease;} .faq-detail-fta02 .faq-callout:hover{transform:translateY(-3px);box-shadow:0 6px 18px rgba(0,0,0,.12);} .faq-detail-fta02 h2 i{color:#000;margin-right:8px;transition:color .3s ease;} .faq-detail-fta02 h2:hover i{color:#555;} .faq-detail-fta02 .faq-callout strong{color:#000;} .faq-detail-fta02 .faq-gallery{display:grid;grid-template-columns:repeat(2,1fr);gap:14px;margin:22px 0;}.faq-detail-fta02 .faq-gallery.single{grid-template-columns:1fr;max-width:540px;}.faq-detail-fta02 .faq-gallery img{width:100%;height:auto;border-radius:8px;display:block;transition:transform .3s ease,box-shadow .3s ease;}.faq-detail-fta02 .faq-gallery img:hover{transform:scale(1.03);box-shadow:0 8px 22px rgba(0,0,0,.16);}

Question 5

Our standard bulk production lead time is 25 to 35 days for premium heavyweights (hoodies/sweatshirts) and 35 to 45 days for complex technical outerwear after sample approval and deposit.

Accepted Answer

Our standard bulk production lead time is 25 to 35 days for premium heavyweight knits such as hoodies, sweatshirts, and joggers, and 35 to 45 days for more complex technical outerwear (puffer, bonded, or seam-taped jackets). The clock starts on the date of sample approval and receipt of your 50% deposit, and it covers fabric knitting and dyeing, cutting, sewing, branding, the full 8-step quality process, and cartons packed and ready at the Shenzhen port.Backed by Real CapacityWe run two vertically integrated factories totaling 20,000 m² with more than 1,000 skilled workers and a combined monthly capacity of 500,000 finished pieces. That scale means your order is slotted into a real production line rather than a one-off, so lead times stay predictable even at 5,000+ units. For repeat styles and established clients we can often compress the window by pre-reserving greige fabric and trims against forecast.What Moves the TimelineThree things change the clock: fabric availability (stock greige versus custom-dyed or recycled), branding complexity (flat embroidery versus multi-layer prints or woven labels), and whether a pre-production sample is required. Sampling itself takes 7–10 days and runs in parallel with fabric preparation, so it rarely adds to the total. We commit the exact ship date in your quotation and update you at cutting, halfway, and pre-shipment milestones.Shipping TermsAll orders ship FOB Shenzhen under standard international terms, with the 50% balance due before shipment. If you need DDP or prefer a nominated forwarder, we arrange it. With 1,200+ brand clients across 30+ countries, our planning team knows how to hit seasonal deadlines without rushing quality.Need a firm date? Send your target ship week and volume; we return a committed lead time, not a vague range, and hold the slot once the deposit lands. .faq-detail-fta01 .faq-callout{background:#f5f5f5;border-left:4px solid #000;padding:16px 18px;margin:18px 0;border-radius:6px;transition:transform .25s ease, box-shadow .25s ease;} .faq-detail-fta01 .faq-callout:hover{transform:translateY(-3px);box-shadow:0 6px 18px rgba(0,0,0,.12);} .faq-detail-fta01 h2 i{color:#000;margin-right:8px;transition:color .3s ease;} .faq-detail-fta01 h2:hover i{color:#555;} .faq-detail-fta01 .faq-callout strong{color:#000;} .faq-detail-fta01 .faq-gallery{display:grid;grid-template-columns:repeat(2,1fr);gap:14px;margin:22px 0;}.faq-detail-fta01 .faq-gallery.single{grid-template-columns:1fr;max-width:540px;}.faq-detail-fta01 .faq-gallery img{width:100%;height:auto;border-radius:8px;display:block;transition:transform .3s ease,box-shadow .3s ease;}.faq-detail-fta01 .faq-gallery img:hover{transform:scale(1.03);box-shadow:0 8px 22px rgba(0,0,0,.16);}
