How do you handle shipping and customs to our country?
We handle international shipping flexibly — standard FOB Shenzhen if you use your own forwarder, or full DDP where we manage freight, customs clearance, and duties straight to your door. Either way you get the export documents your broker or marketplace needs.
FOB Shenzhen (Standard)
Under FOB Shenzhen, we deliver packed goods to the Shenzhen port and handle export clearance from China; your nominated forwarder takes over ocean or air freight and destination customs. Terms are T/T with 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. This is the most common route for experienced importers who already have logistics in place.
DDP & Door-to-Door
If you prefer a single point of accountability, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we book freight, clear customs in your country, and pay the duties, so the cartons arrive at your warehouse with no extra steps. This is popular with younger brands and online sellers who want predictable landed cost without a freight team.
Documents We Provide
Every shipment ships with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (or air waybill), and certificate of origin; additional certificates (e.g., GRS, OEKO-TEX) are supplied on request.
