What is your standard production lead time for bulk orders?
Our standard bulk production lead time is 25 to 35 days for premium heavyweight knits such as hoodies, sweatshirts, and joggers, and 35 to 45 days for more complex technical outerwear (puffer, bonded, or seam-taped jackets). The clock starts on the date of sample approval and receipt of your 50% deposit, and it covers fabric knitting and dyeing, cutting, sewing, branding, the full 8-step quality process, and cartons packed and ready at the Shenzhen port.

What Moves the Timeline
Three things change the clock: fabric availability (stock greige versus custom-dyed or recycled), branding complexity (flat embroidery versus multi-layer prints or woven labels), and whether a pre-production sample is required. Sampling itself takes 7–10 days and runs in parallel with fabric preparation, so it rarely adds to the total. We commit the exact ship date in your quotation and update you at cutting, halfway, and pre-shipment milestones.
Shipping Terms
