What is your policy on mixing sizes and colors in one bulk order?
Yes. We fully support assorted size runs and multi-color mixing within a single style, as long as each color meets its per-color minimum. This lets you build a sellable size curve and color lineup in one production slot instead of placing several small orders.
Per-Color Minimum & Size Curve
The per-color MOQ is typically 100 pieces. You send us your size breakdown — for example S/M/L/XL at a 2:3:3:2 ratio — and your color list, and we plan cutting, sewing, and packing around that mix. Popular size scales are US XS–3XL and EU 44–58, graded to your tech pack or our standard grade rules.
Packing & Labeling for Mixed Runs
Mixed runs are packed exactly as you specify: ratio cartons (e.g., 12 pcs per carton in your size ratio), solid-size cartons, or prepacked per-SKU cartons for direct-to-store delivery. We apply size stickers and color tags at no extra charge, and can print your UPC or care label on the carton facing for fast retail receiving.
How to Submit a Mixed Order
Send a simple spreadsheet with style, color, size, and quantity per line. For a 500-piece run you might do 5 colors × 100 pcs, each split S/M/L/XL. We confirm fabric and trim availability, return a cost and lead-time quote, then lock the assortment before bulk cutting begins. Changes after cutting are limited, so finalize the mix in the proto stage.
