How does your sampling process work, and are samples charged?

Sampling follows three simple steps: (1) share your design, tech pack, or reference garment; (2) we develop a proto sample using your specified fabric and trims within 7 to 10 days; (3) you review and request revisions. The first proto sample is charged a nominal fee that is deductible from your bulk deposit. Bulk production starts only after you approve the final sample.
