How does your sampling process work, and are samples charged?
Sampling is a three-step, low-risk path to a physical garment you can approve before committing to bulk. The first proto sample carries a nominal fee that is fully deductible from your bulk deposit, so sampling costs you almost nothing once the order is placed.
Step 1 — Submit Your Brief
Share a tech pack, reference garment, or even a clear photo with notes. We review fabric, construction, trims, and print/embroidery placement, then confirm feasibility and lead time. No tech pack? Our pattern team develops one from your reference so you still get a spec'd sample.
Step 2 — Proto Sample in 7–10 Days
We develop the proto using your specified fabric and trims within 7–10 days. You receive the physical sample plus a measurement spec sheet. Most clients request one or two rounds of revisions — fit tweaks, fabric swaps, or branding adjustments — all included before sign-off.
Step 3 — PP & Branding Samples
Before bulk, we produce a pre-production (PP) sample and, for branded orders, a branding sample covering embroidery stitch density, print color accuracy, and label placement. Bulk production starts only after you approve the final sample and we file it as the production baseline.
