What quality control and AQL standard do you follow?
We follow a documented 8-step quality process and inspect to AQL 1.5, the strict acceptance level expected by major retailers. Quality is built into the line, not inspected in at the end, so what you receive is already documented and verified before it leaves the factory.
The 8-Step QC Process
Every order moves through incoming fabric inspection, pattern and marker check, in-line (during-production) checks on stitching and construction, mid-production audit, finishing and trimming inspection, final random inspection, packing audit, and a pre-shipment review with photos. Each gate catches issues at the cheapest point to fix, so defects rarely reach the finished carton.
AQL 1.5 Standard
Final inspection is conducted to AQL 1.5 (Acceptable Quality Limit), meaning a very tight defect allowance — appropriate for brands shipping to strict retail channels. The pre-shipment inspection report with photos is shared with you before balance payment, so the quality baseline is transparent and agreed, not a surprise on arrival.

The process is anchored by ISO 9001 quality management and backed by BSCI, GRS, and OEKO-TEX 100 certifications. We serve 1,200+ brand clients across 30+ countries, many with their own incoming audits, which is why the system is designed to be externally verifiable. Confirmed production defects after delivery are handled under our 30-day replacement-or-credit policy.
