What sizing standards do you use, and can you follow our tech pack?
We work to your sizing system, not ours. We routinely produce US (XS–3XL), EU (44–58), UK, and Asian size scales, and we follow your tech pack exactly — measurements, grading, and tolerance — so the fit your customer expects is the fit we ship.
Your Tech Pack Is the Baseline
If you supply a tech pack with point-of-measure (POM) specs and a grade rule, we build the pattern to it and verify every size against your table. Tolerance is held to approximately ±1 cm on key body measurements. We return a measurement spec sheet with the proto sample so you can confirm the fit before committing to bulk.
No Tech Pack? We Develop One
Many growing brands start from a reference garment or a sketch. Our pattern team develops a full tech pack from your reference — body measurements, grading, and construction — then sends a proto for you to wear-test and adjust. This keeps fit ownership with you even if you are early-stage.
Locked at Pre-Production
Fit is frozen at the pre-production (PP) sample stage. The approved PP garment and its measurement sheet become the production baseline, and the 8-step QC includes in-line and final checks against that baseline so a 500-piece run stays consistent with the approved sample. AQL 1.5 is the accepted quality level for shipment.
