How does your sampling process work, and are samples charged?
Sampling is a simple three-step flow:
- Share: send your design, tech pack, or a reference garment.
- Develop: we make a proto sample with your specified fabric and trims within 7–10 days.
- Review: you check it and request revisions.
The first proto sample carries a nominal fee that is deductible from your bulk deposit. Bulk production starts only after you approve the final sample.
